nataleg Posted July 22, 2011 Share Posted July 22, 2011 Hello, When I select the option "Kayako" in Support under the setup of WHMCS, I use the loginshare with Kayako and work fine. The problem is that the module of "knowledgebase" of WHMCS stops working and not show the articles. Is this normal? because I only want to use kayako for ticket support.
