jeremyhaber Posted July 21, 2011 Share Posted July 21, 2011 Welcome to WHMCS. This is not typical behavior of WHMCS. Are any of your other accounts experiencing login problems or just accounts with a password reset? If it is all your accounts, my guess would be that it could be your server settings and how it is setup to handle sessions and cookie data. If it only occurs on accounts that you have reset the password on it may make sense that some data isn't being transmitted to the server correctly. Often times that servers that have Suhosin installed experience issues like this on various applications.
