ThomasBiddle
Hello, I've just recently finished setting up my new servers, linked with WHMCS. However I have a quick question regarding terminations and cancellations. Please let me know if there's anything specific I need to set in order to do this if it's possible. 1. When a customer is overdue by 2 days, I believe I have it set to terminate the order. Will this terminate the VPS on my node as well, freeing it up for others to order? 2. If a customer puts in a cancellation request - whether it be immediate or at the end of the billing period - will the server automatically cancel invoices, as well as terminate the account at it's respective period? 3. I think I tried to hit the "terminate" button once, when testing the servers and it wouldn't let me (Could have had it setup wrong) Any other information you may want to add, feel free. I appreciate the help and input. Regards, Thomas
multisoft
1. yes it will. 2. if the invoice already generated it won't be canceled automatically. and it'll terminate the services when the cron job runs. 3. double check your setup details. http://wiki.solusvm.com/index.php/WHMCS_Module_v3
