Plesk Client second package inaccesible

Hello guys !

 

Recently when a customer try to buy a package when he allready have one in the same server/package name the new username & password for the package didnt work from whmcs client neither via direct access to htt://domain:8443

 

When he visit the old package it seen a drop down menu with all packages they have so it was possible to choose with he want to work with.

 

But with this issue every automatic creation if such packages is useless.

Hello ,

 

Could you create a second hosting package for a client exist already in Plesk 10 ?

I have a problem creating a second package , it give me an error :

Error Code: 1019

Indicate that The system contain already an account with this mail address.
