Auto Setup Not Working (error 6)

Hi all,

 

Subject: Auto setup

 

I had auto setup working perfectly, now it fails everytime.

 

I can go in manually and create using WHMCS under profile.

 

i can access WHM after clicking the "WHM" button in the server list of whmcs (no errors).

 

The product has the server group assigned and the server config is setup the same as before.

 

Could SSL affect the setup?

Ok, i fixed this issue and it was a really simple error on my behalf but for anyone else having a similar problem try the following:

 

SETUP > SERVERS > SERVER GROUPS > EDIT GROUP

 

Make sure that the selected server group is in the right hand side box

 

If its not you need to hit the ADD button to add it in.
