Changing Language doesn't work

Hello All

 

I've install whmcs_v451...i can see the list of language but when i want to change it to French or spanish the page reload to english..!!!:cry:

 

I don't know if there a permission should I give to language folder?? or what I have to do..

I can use only English at the moment and I want to use other languages..

 

when I cheek lang folder there all lang files

 

 

Any help Plz
