rbro
Before we set up the cron in WHMCS, I would like to run tasks manually for a few days, just to get a feel for everything. I see that I can generate invoices and run the billing manually, but can other "automatic" account functions be run manually? For instance, will accounts get suspended if they are x number of days past due, even if I'm just manually running the billing or does it need to occur via a cron? Can overdue notices and credit card expired notices and other notices that are normally sent out automatically via cron be generated manually somehow?
Adam
Hey, You can either run the "Make Invoice Button" in the admin home page, or use the URL given to you in the automated section of the Admin Area. From, Adam

Adam
And that will take care of ALL those automated functions I mentioned in my post? i.e. that will suspend past due accts, send out credit card expired notices etc? Which one will you use? The generate invoice button will only make invoices (I can't remember if it does other stuff as well). You can also run the same URL you will use for your cronjobs via URL. http://yoursite.com/whmcs/admin/cron.php Running URL will take care of everything.
