Temp url not showing properly

Hi All

I have a problem with the Hosting Account Welcome Email.

When i sent out the email on a test account it didn't show the temp url correctly

 

" Temporary Webpage URL: http://85.17.251.55/~/ " It's missing the username directory ?

 

In the email template it is as bellow:

 

Temporary Webpage URL: http://{$service_server_ip}/~{$service_username}/

 

If someone could shed some light on this i'd be very gratefull
