Do anyone has any idea? whmcs is up to date with version 4.5.2 Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Alistair
You should contact your web host as it could be that a process has stopped running and needs restarting. More info here: http://docs.whmcs.com/Common_Troubleshooting_Tips#Internal_500_Server_Error Edited June 23, 2011 by Alistair typo

laszlof
the error you posted isnt relevent. It could be a permission issue. 500 errors almost always give the explanation in the error log.
ekso
the error you posted isnt relevent. It could be a permission issue. 500 errors almost always give the explanation in the error log. This is the error given in error log [Wed Jun 22 18:21:27 2011] [error] [client xx.xx.xx.xx] File does not exist: /home/mydomain/public_html/500.shtml, referer: https://mydomain.net/admin/orders.php?action=view&id=11
ckh
When a 500 internal error is thrown, then it will look for the file 500.shtml to display. The 500.shtml file isn't found, so it throws the 404 file not found error. The 404 error, which you are giving is totally irrelevant to the 500 error. The 404 error will be shown in the cPanel logs for the hosting account, but, to find the 500 error, you will need to look in the server logs. If you don't have access to the server error logs, you will need to contact your host.
