Need help urgently Websitepanel error

If any ordering or orders created or activated from admin i get this error, the server account should provision on is a websitepanel server.

Do anyone has any idea? whmcs is up to date with version 4.5.2

 

 

Internal Server Error

 

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

 

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@mydomain.net and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

 

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

 

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

the error you posted isnt relevent. It could be a permission issue. 500 errors almost always give the explanation in the error log.

When a 500 internal error is thrown, then it will look for the file 500.shtml to display. The 500.shtml file isn't found, so it throws the 404 file not found error.

 

The 404 error, which you are giving is totally irrelevant to the 500 error. The 404 error will be shown in the cPanel logs for the hosting account, but, to find the 500 error, you will need to look in the server logs.

 

If you don't have access to the server error logs, you will need to contact your host.

When clients signup and when executing backoffice i still get this errors, does anyone have any clue??

ordernumber, hosting id, domain and ip addresses are of course changed here to avoid that google and other search engines pick it up
