Hi Everyone,

Im really stuck and need some help, I have submitted a support ticket yesterday and have been waiting for a reply from support for over a day, I appreciate they are busy but thought i'd put this request for help as im desperate!

I am using enom as my domain supplier and have read forum before submitting this req and seem to have done what needs to be done. The following is all done and I have double checked:

1) Set pricing for all domains correctly (for domains with a min 2 yr purchase, 1 yr option has been st to -1).

2) selected enom in whmcs and entered username and password correctly and checked numurous times.

3) Added all relevent IP's to thje active API via enom support req and have confirmation of added IP's.

4) Have enough funds in my enom a/c.

5) Test mode is not being used.

My client has tried to purchase a domain via my website, emails get sent fine with a successful email for domain reg. When enetering my whmcs admin section I can see client is assigned with domain as a product under domains, however is says Registrar Error Domain name not found in a yellow box. i have tried to click register within this section, after I get a message saying domian registration was successfull. Then I get a box saying continue, when I click continue it gives me a message in the yellow box again as 'Registrar Error Domain name not found '.

Ive tried everything and really cant understand why this is happening.

When I check in my enom a/c the domain has not registered at all.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Kind Regards
