[FIXED] ID protection option always unchecked

There is a bug in latest WHMCS when adding ID protection on active domain...

 

If you enable ID protection on already registered and active domain you will get a message that ID protection is enabled and recurring price updated and it show ID protestion option as checked.

 

Problem is that it's not actually checked and when you come back to that domain page later you wil see that id protecion option is actually still unchecked. So you can check it and submit again, and it will increase the price again, but id protecion still stays unchecked, so there is no way to enable id protection now and on this way clients will be billed for id protection on next renewal without id protection actually enabled.

 

We urgently need a fix for this.

I have seen this as well with ResellerClub, although we don't charge for the service so I can't speak for the billing problem.

Yes, we also have this problem with ResellerClub module.

We still have to enable/disable ID protection directly in the database every time.

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner on this one, this is the first time I've seen this post. Dexus, please open a ticket with us and supply us both login details and the steps to reproduce and I'll take a look at it for you.
