redham
I'm about to go live with WHMCS but I have a problem. I tried a few test orders but each time the order process got to Paypal the only thing being charged was the hosting package itself even though I ordered a domain, private IP, and SSL certificate. What do I need to do to make add-ons show at the paypal page? Thanks for any help redham
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted May 28, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted May 28, 2007 You are using PayPal Subscriptions, so the first subscription will be for the hosting, the next for the addons, and the final one for the domain. Each item can have different recurring billing cycles and can be cancelled individually so each has a seperate subscription. Matt
redham
Hi Matt, Are you saying that after paying for the hosting package Paypal would then go to another screen where a add-on would then be paid for? (I stopped short of actually paying for the hosting)
