forwarded email is truncated on ticket

Hey,

when a client forwards an email (i.e he wants to shown me an error he got), he sends it to any of the support departments (either open or closed to non-clients) the email subject is truncated to:

FWD:

(yes, the original email has a subject)

Just to add that we had a similar issue with quotation marks sent from specific clients and Matt was able to resolve by modifying the ticket import script, something to do with encoding error. Not sure if yours is the same issue, but if it is, Matt should have a fix.
