mtk
Hey, when a client forwards an email (i.e he wants to shown me an error he got), he sends it to any of the support departments (either open or closed to non-clients) the email subject is truncated to: FWD: (yes, the original email has a subject)
mtk
a new finding: only non-English subjects are truncated.
Terra
Just to add that we had a similar issue with quotation marks sent from specific clients and Matt was able to resolve by modifying the ticket import script, something to do with encoding error. Not sure if yours is the same issue, but if it is, Matt should have a fix.

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted June 17, 2011 WHMCS CEO Share Posted June 17, 2011 Check that the iconv library is compiled into your PHP build and that your system charset is set to UTF-8 in General Settings > Localisation. Matt
