griffe Posted May 28, 2007 Share Posted May 28, 2007 Hello, I have ny WHMCS installation setup and running, I am trying to pipe emails into the help desk. I have everything setup correctly from what I can tell but when I send a test email it does NOT open a new ticket. In the Ticket Mail Import Log I see this "Ticket ID Not Found".
