JESSEJJ89 Posted June 14, 2011 Share Posted June 14, 2011 The e-mail piping is not working with WHMCS. I'm using pop3 and have three support departments set-up, all e-mail Pop info is filled. But the e-mails are not converting to tickets, they don't even appear on the WHMCS Ticket Import Log.. They do appear on the inbox of the e-mails.
