sawtooth500
Ok, so let's say I have a previously created cpanel account for xyz.com.... Now I want xyz.com to link to WHMCS so that WHMCS can take care of the hosting, automatically send hosting renewal notices to the client, and then suspend the account if need be if the client does not pay for renewal. So is it literally as simple as creating the client in the WHMCS admin, then creating an order for the client (with a 0 price since the client already paid me outside of WHMCS), and then for the domain on the order entering the same domain as the primary domain of the cpanel account? Will that make it automatically link or will I have to take additional steps?
datawebcorp
When viewing a client, and clicking the Products/Services tab, make sure that a product/service exists. Then, make the Username field for that product/service match the account name in cPanel. That should do it.
