Support Email Import (Pop3) cron sending email status report to local user.

A bit of a problem I noticed after we setup the pop3 email importing for support ticket replies.

 

The system works as expected but the user executing the cron job every couple of minutes gets an associated status email each time which is being sent to the /var/mail/user box. They are just a status report, not errors or warnings.

 

I have looked at the admin panel (support departments and general settings) and looked at the docs but I can't find a way to either disable these emails from being sent or changing the email address.

 

Has anyone had any experience with this? Is it possible?
