Support ticket opened/replied = Host Name Support Billing = Host Name Billing Currently, I can't seem to find an option to do this. MustangV10 Posted June 12, 2011 Author Share Posted June 12, 2011 For emails sent out, I want the subject to be like this: Support tickets = Host Name Support Billing = Host Name Billing At the moment, It's changing the email subject dependant on the department, which isn't a huge problem, but it makes the subject too long to fit in the subject section on most email clients.
