Upgrade Invoices, no Paypal Pay Now Option

Hello, when I send a customer an invoice for a product upgrade, the Paypal "Pay Now" button does not show up on the invoice so the client has to pay manually through their account.

 

I've searched around and looked at various options and can't find a solution. Could someone please help me out? Thanks.
