nexthost
Okay, so someone created an account, whmcs didn't set it up because I forgot to enable SSL connections, which I enabled, so I clicked "CREATE" it said do you want to create this account I said Yes, but when I go to WHM, then go to "Account Functions" then go to "Modify an Account" I click on the account that it created, and I should be able to change like the domain, and other things via that page, but it comes up BLANK there is not a single thing on that page, It can't be a problem with whm/cpanel as I have hundreds of other accounts on the same server, that I created manually, and I can go to any of them fine, and it shows everything I can edit/change, but that account that WHMCS created it's totally blank, I'm stumped too. I can take a screen shot if needed, anyone have any ideas why it's doing this? I mean it's not really affecting anything, except me not being able to edit an account after it's created which could become a problem in the future if need be. Thanks a ton guys, I'm just trying to make sure everything is perfect by testing every single little thing before I blow this hosting out
Alistair
Can you clarify: WHMCS creates the account and the hosting is setup and functioning correctly? Or WHMCS creates the account and the hosting is not setup? From what you have said, it sounds to me like your WHMCS is not configured correctly. However, if WHMCS is creating the account and WHM is displaying the account - it sounds more like a WHM glitch than a WHMCS one.
nexthost
Yes, it created the account and works perfectly fine, but if I login to whm, and click modify the account, it comes up as a blank page instead of letting me edit things like the domain, username and such.
dansgalaxy
Yes, it created the account and works perfectly fine, but if I login to whm, and click modify the account, it comes up as a blank page instead of letting me edit things like the domain, username and such. That'd most likely be a WHM glitch then. If the account exists in WHM, then WHMCS did it's job.
simplybe
If the account is created in whm then whmcs did it's part. Have you tried submitting a ticket to cpanel and let them have a look. Are you using the default whm theme or one of the other themes. Probably very very unlikley but i had a problem with blank pages in whm once and it turned out it was kaspersky internet security on my pc blocking the pages.
nexthost
I am using the default everything, never changed a single thing, I don't believe it's a whm/cpanel problem because I can create accounts by myself and it doesn't have that blank page, If no one has any ideas, I'll try and submit a ticket to them. I don't use antivirus software, I'm a Security expert I doubt I would require that, and I don't see how that could possible have anything to do with whmcs creating a new account, lol.
