Blueberry3.14
I had an email signature (using HTML) that has displayed properly in previous versions. The signature was "written" in the text area: General Settings->Mail->Mail Signature When looking directly in the database field: tblconfiguration->signature it displayed HTML characters. After upgrading to 4.5.1 the signature in the email shows "raw HTML", and in the database shows ASCII characters (i.e. "<"). I've tried redoing the signature within WHMCS' GUI, and each time WHMCS changes the HTML to it's ASCII equivalent. If I edit the signature directly in the database, it displays correctly in the email. Obviously, that's not the best way to do it, and I don't think it should be happening. This is completely different behavior than any recent previous versions of WHMCS, so I'm assuming this is a bug.
