dmwalk Posted June 4, 2011 Share Posted June 4, 2011 We are working with a marketing agency and would like to create a subaccount of the agency's main account for a client. However, we only want the client to see their own support tickets, not the master account's tickets. It seems currently, the sub-account can see all tickets.
