luckyred Posted June 1, 2011 Share Posted June 1, 2011 Hello all, on the URL /admin/supporttickets.php?action=viewticket&id=x I can't use the predefined answer feature. I can click on the link "Insert Predefined Answer". Categories are shown, but I can't click on those categories. Page scrolls up then and predefined answers do not load. Any help?
