uhhosting
Hi, I noticed yesterday that when skipping cron tasks, so I can run the account usage stats twice a day, there is no way to skip generating overages invoices. So on the last day of the month, overages are generated as per normal on the general cron run. But twelve hours later I run the cron again and skip everything apart from disk usage. However, all overages are generated again for that day, there is no way to skip it.
tsiedsma
How are you skipping cron tasks? I've wanted WHMCS to make it so we can manually update usage statistics or have it in run separate from the main cron tasks.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted June 1, 2011 WHMCS CEO Share Posted June 1, 2011 He's referring to the option flags for the cron described here: http://docs.whmcs.com/Crons#Option_Flags I've checked and you're right there isn't a way to skip the overages invoicing currently, I think we'll probably just make it share the skip_invoices option so have added this to the dev list to be looked at.
