CPMiller
I'm beginning to populate my Knowledgebase. Although the editor is pretty comprehensive, the default text size is ridiculously small--at least for someone past the age of 40 (that'd be me--way past the age of 40!). Question 1: Is there a way to, by default, set the standard type size to something somewhat larger than Contract Fine Print, 2pt? For example, the size = 10 is a reasonable viewing/composing size. The HTML that's possible within the HTML window seems to be highly restrictive in the sense that it's not a full HTML "page" (i.e., there's no <HEAD> section, for example). The result is that you can't put in an internal style sheet into the page being composed. Question 2: Can a CSS be attached to the Knowledgebase template (tpl)? And, if so, will this style sheet be in effect during article composition? Or only when the article is displayed in a client's browser (iow, a non-editable view shown to an end user)? It is HUGELY annoying to set the size of something to 10 and the next time you do a line break, the type size goes back to Magnifying Glass Size. Question 3: Assuming a style sheet can be used in the TPL file, which TPL file should be referencing it? Question 4: Is it safe to assume that a style sheet (assuming you can use one) and graphics incorporated in KB articles are relative to the /templates/portal folder? Thanks!
