Neklawy Posted May 29, 2011 Share Posted May 29, 2011 Hello Since upgrade to new release v4.5.1, I am receive a escalation email notice without show a Name and Ticket Subject in message I believe a {$name} and {$ticketsubject} variables did not work on v4.5.1 and maybe needed to fix it Are anyone other faces this issue?
