Cannot automatically setup account/Emails are blank

Hey guys,

 

I have a problem with my server, I tried setting it up so it automatically sets an account up after payment is recieved, but I get an email telling me it failed to connect to the server.

 

Please see attached screenshots of my setup in my client area, I can't seem to think why it cannot connect.

Also, when users register and buy a product, the emails are blank (for example nameserver fields, and product details which should be captured from the client area) do not show, any ideas?
