ehm Posted May 24, 2011 Share Posted May 24, 2011 If it's not a bug, please let me know, but I'm using version 4.5.1 and I noticed that some users are receiving email from the system, with the wrong invoice number on it. And some customers that already payd the invoice, are receiving 'reminders' that they did not pay it. no idea where should I start looking for solutions on that... any thoughts? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted May 24, 2011 WHMCS CEO Share Posted May 24, 2011 It sounds like you must have a copy of your WHMCS system somewhere where the cron is still running so that reminders are being sent out from that with invoice numbers from that database rather than your current WHMCS install.
