The domain you entered is not valid. Enter only the part after the www. and include the TLD

 

 

i have it setup so customers can get a subdomain name on my domain but when you enter in the subdomain you want it gives me this error. how do i fix this?

 

i'm using the most current version of WHMCS 4.5.1
