[NOT A BUG] Resellerclub not getting connected giving curl error.

Hello,

 

Post installation to ver 4.5.1 I'm not able to execute the domain orders, everytime I try to do that its giving me :

 

Order Accept Encountered Problems

CURL Error: 7 - couldn't connect to host

 

The server settings and firewall settings remain the same, the issue just started coming up after we installed new version. Is this a bug, I have tried disabling my firewall even though csf already have the required ports open .

No it's not a bug. It indicates you haven't got the right IPs allowed on ResellerClub's side of the API config. Please see http://docs.whmcs.com/ResellerClub#CURL_Error:_7_-_couldn.27t_connect_to_host

you must wait ~30 min after you add API Ip.

I have done this. I added IP and after exact half hour domain was transferred. Thanks Matt.
