[NOT A BUG] utf8 after upgrade

There is a new setting for the TCPDF Font in Version 4.5. You'll find this in Setup > General Settings > Invoices. By default it will be set to "Helvetica" but for some utf-8 based fonts and their special characters you will need to change to "Freesans" or even possible a custom font. Try "Freesans" first though.

I'm having a similar issue with quotes. All letters with accents have disappeared from my quotes, and if I change TCPDF Fontto freesans, a ? will appear instead of the letters.

How can I fix this? This is version 4.5.2.
