tblconfiguration - version 4.3.1

Hello, im working on my installation and browsing my database i have seen that there are duplicate entries in tblonfiguration

 

Using the Following Entries i can confirm that there seems to be 129 extra entries.

Is this normal?

 

IF its not normal can i rectify this without manual delete of all the extra entries / Losing Data? thanks for your help in advance.
