nobody
What classes a client to be "inactive?" I notice that every user is marked active unless you change it from there client summary page. Is there any automation of this? Or do you have to assign the clients status by hand? Wouldn’t it be a bit more useful to have clients auto marked inactive if they have no active services?
Sophia
I agree, that would be a wonderful feature.

Payton Designs
What classes a client to be "inactive?" A client that would typically not have any services, but would still have an account for ordering purposes. Is there any automation of this? Or do you have to assign the clients status by hand? Well, there status is automatically assigned to them when they register. Similar to a forum, you sign up, you are active, you get banned, you are manually marked to banned. Wouldn’t it be a bit more useful to have clients auto marked inactive if they have no active services? Probably, but its nothing of major concern. If you want to see who has services just sort clients by "List all products and services"
