Gregg
Hi, Is it possible to add orders for a date earlier than the time/day you set up the order? I have clients, which I had before I got WHM:CS and I want to keep track of their orders and have their next payment date automated and their order to appear in the account I have set up for them etc... but I can't seem to find a way of adding orders which happened months ago. Anyone tried this / have advice, I searched and found nothing. Thanks in advance Gregg
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted May 20, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted May 20, 2007 I have clients, which I had before I got WHM:CS and I want to keep track of their orders and have their next payment date automated and their order to appear in the account I have set up for them etc... but I can't seem to find a way of adding orders which happened months ago. Hi Gregg, There's no need to set the order date in order for their next payment date to be automated. All you have to do is set the next due date on their account after you've added it using the add order process. It's not possible to change the order date shown on the order but the client never sees that and it doesn't have any effect on the clients billing dates. Hope that helps!
