Liberty Reserve Error

Hello, I have a problem with a Liberty Reserve payments, I have a Liberty Reserve gateway activated and I checked about ten times, my account number and other fields have a correct data, but when a client tries to pay through it, he get an error page with a message "Shopping Cart Interface of this merchant is not configured properly. Please report this error to the merchant along with exact steps that led to this error." What can possibly cause this problem?
