minhbaop Posted May 19, 2007 Share Posted May 19, 2007 Hello, I setup my WHMCS at domain1.com with email support@domain1.com . Pipe email work good when I sent a test mail to support@domain1.com. After that , I setup a forwarder from support@domain2.com to support@domain1.com , but nothing happen. No new ticket open and no new email fail. Anybody help me? Adamski Posted May 19, 2007 Share Posted May 19, 2007 You need to set up another support department in WHMCS with the second email. Although it is being forwarded I found that by setting up the extra department it works a treat. I just don't allow it to be shown to clients on the support tickets page.
