New Order w/ Domain Reg

Hi,

 

This has happened many times now.

 

1. Client signup for an account and also orders domain registration for domainX.com

 

2. Order is shown in PENDING ORDERS.

 

3. Admin accepts order and installs the account.

 

4. Admin proceeds to PENDING DOMAINS to register the domainX.com. However the domain is no longer available in that section. We have to search for the domain then REGISTER it.

 

Is this supposed to happen? We use eNom.
