Adamski Posted May 18, 2007 Share Posted May 18, 2007 Hi, When you need to contact a client from whmcs and they reply to the email do they get an auto reply still despite the fact that you have already contacted them? Is the best way to do this to create a new ticket manually? Thanks, Adamm PS..
