How to change the client's account #?

Recommended Posts

So...I'm new to WHMCS. I am the full administrator.

I deleted the first two clients (client #1 and client #2) thinking that when a new client was made it would go back to being client #1, but instead was listed as client #3

Why is this if the client has been deleted and how do I re-number or re-order client accounts?

thank you

I personally prefer it that way

This then shows the order they signed up in, although the first 208 are the ones I imported in 2010

The deleted customer is then removed and the new customer numbers continue to roll

I myself have the first two numbers; 1 for admin and 2 for testing

What you could do is add a new customer in the sequence

Check what numbers are available (such as 1 and 2)

Go to the MySQL database and then amend that customers number to 1

Add another new customer and they should have the same number

Again, go back to the MySQL database and then amend that customer number to 2

You can then keep these for yourself
