DataHosts
Hey guys...any idea what could be causing the license not to reissue? I have had to reload due to something that got screwed up. So, I did a backup of db, and did a fresh install. I went through install, and filled in all the nice text boxes as it requested. Now, however, I am getting this when I go to admin: LICENSE noconnection WHMCS has not been able to verify your license for the past 6 days or more. Before you can access your WHMCS Admin Area again your license needs to be verified. Please email licensing@whmcs.com as soon as possible. Well, I logged into Client Area, and reissued the license to get it done quickly. However, now when I go to the admin panel it still will not allow this. So, I attempt to do this via the admin option to update the license. It will allow me to view the Admin Homepage, but no matter what option I select next it comes back to the 'LICENSE noconnection' error message. I have sent in ticket, but was wondering if maybe anyone else has had this issue. v3.1.
JohnLB
Hi, I have solved this issue for you. This issue is caused normally by a slow connection between our server and yours so it times out. John
