Problems with domain transfers

Hi, I am trying transfer a domain from a different registrar into my enom account through WHMCS. I am logging into my WHMCS website as a customer, and requesting a transfer. I am getting the authorization code from the old registrar, but for some reason the transfer is not going through. My system is sending my administrator email the following email:

An order has received its first payment but the automatic provisioning has failed and requires you to manually check & resolve.

Client ID: 17

Domain ID: 28

Registration Type: Transfer

Domain: domain.com

Error: An authorization key is required for domain.com

I replaced the real domain name just to be safe. I have no trouble registering domains by the way, it's just transfers.

Please advise. Thanks in advance

I tried transferring a different domain, again by logging into the front end of WHMCS, and this time I got an email in my administrative email saying this:

Order Information

Order ID: 51

Order Number: 6656150816

Date/Time: 03/05/2011 17:53:15

Invoice Number:

Payment Method: PayPal

Customer Information

Customer ID: 17

Name: John Doe

Email: hello@domain.com

Company: my company

Address 1: 111 Wellington Avenue

Address 2:

City: Calgary

State: Manitoba

Postcode: t3H 1B3

Country: CA

Phone Number: (555) 555-6338

Order Items

Domain Registration: Transfer

Domain: domain.com

First Payment Amount: $10.00CAD

Recurring Amount: $10.00CAD

Registration Period: 1 Year/s

+ DNS Management

+ Email Forwarding

Total Due Today: $10.50CAD

ISP Information

Unlike the last email, this is not telling me there is something wrong. The domain was not transferred, there is no record of this domain in my Enom account, and the domain remains as if I never attempted to transfer it.
