chrishaley
I've had a couple of customers not pay their invoices and their account gets suspended. When they log in and pay their invoice, the "Next Due Date" field did not get changed, causing their accounts to get suspended daily afterwards. Anyone else seen this?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted June 9, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted June 9, 2006 No, that's unusual. Are you sure you haven't generated the invoices manually? Any invoices generated by WHMCS Cron Job would (or should) increment the next due date automatically. Matt
chrishaley
Nope, the cron job generated the invoices, BUT, I'm still a fairly new install, so the accounts were setup manually (Including the due date). The invoice created OK, and the user paid them OK, but when they paid them, the due date didn't increment. Another invoice was generated last night for another customer, so I'll see what it does when the user pays it.
