Iceman Posted May 17, 2007 Share Posted May 17, 2007 Just been testing "Product Addons". Product Addons can only be set for ONE of the monthly, annual etc billing cycles. I'm confused as to why. If for example a client orders an Annual product, but you have set the Product Addon to be Monthly then apparently the client will get a monthly bill for the addon, even though they have requested annual for the main product. I understand that if I setup a NEW "Product Addon" for each of the billing cycles, the client when odering, could be given those options as well. However, this means that we can't FORCE the Product Addon to match the same billing cycle as the main product. I see the purpose of the flexibility with the billing cycle of the Product Addon, but not being able to FORCE the customer to purchase the Product Addon on the same billing cycle seems to be lacking.
