Seiya
Hi, I've noticed that our monthly income as reported on the homepage is different from the graph here - reports.php?graph=graph_monthly_income. Its a bit confusing for management and I'm not sure which is correct. Anyone else notice this? My only guess would be that the homepage total (which is about 5%) lower is taking refunds into account and the report is not. Thanks, Seiya

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted May 6, 2011 WHMCS CEO Share Posted May 6, 2011 My only guess would be that the homepage total (which is about 5%) lower is taking refunds into account and the report is not. Yep that's correct. The income graph counts only income, so it's the total received each month. While the admin homepage summaries for earnings today, this month and this year is the sum of payments received minus any fees & transactions out entered such as expenses & refunds.
