Buzz Posted April 27, 2011 Share Posted April 27, 2011 Ok I looked through about 6 pages of how-to's but have not yet found it in there so I am going to post this question here if you dont mind. I am wanting to set up my groups to be automatically set to there specific groups upon status change, example If I have groups set for monthly clients, annually clients, and free clients when a client signs up with us and purchases a monthly plan the whmcs group will automatically be set to monthly client group, or annually. Another group to be used with this feature would be delinquent payments for clients when they go into past due due I would have a past due group they are placed in any way to automate that? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
