MANAGE ORDERS

Hi,

 

I cancelled a client account (in fact they requested cancellation).

 

However the MANAGE ORDERS screen still shows the order as ACTIVE even when the account is terminated and cancelled.

 

Why is that?

Change the status of the order to what ever you like...

Hey,

 

What if the person paid for an order, onet month, next month his account gets suspended because he forgot to pay. The account is marked suspended, but should the order be marked canceled or pending? Don't think so.

 

Maybe if you deleted the plan/service from that client it should also deleted it from the order list as well.

I would say 'NO' on the status of the order change. The order itself was complete and thus stay that way. All you would need to do is either delete the product from the client, or change it yourself. The physical actual order was complete but the product should be deleted.
