get custom field in "Order confirmation" [email template]

Someone can tell me how do I pick up the email template "Order confirmation" field of a custom product?

 

This custom field is exposed by this variable:

{$} order_items or about $ order_details {}

 

But it returns various information, and I just want to pick ONE OF THESE information.
