Tag search and rss import module

Hello,

i would need a module that let all clients to receive mails after typing tags in their personal area (or after choosing more items from a drop down menu).

 

Details:

 

CLIENT AREA

 

1) New tab where i have the possibility to insert new tags to receive mails from site administrator (or possiblity to select more items from a drop down menu)

 

Example: i type "whmcs" to receive news about it from my site admin.

 

ADMIN AREA

 

1) Possibility to send mails according to tags selected from clients.

2) Possibility to import data via rss or csv files.
