[Unsolved} Client Area Displays incorectly and cannot edit email templates

Recommended Posts

Ok i have been messing with this all day.

First off when i edit a template like "Client Signup Email" in the provided editor NOTHING saves. I wasted 4 hours today. If i click display as text only it works fine but is NOT a very professional look if you ask me. I Need a NICE looking welcome message with links to products and services.

So my next step was maybe it needed the update to 4.4.2. WOW that was a mistake. Not any of my 3 browsers will display the client area correctly now. the Quick Nav Menu is not to the right anymore. it is way down to the bottom. How can i have my clients buy something if they cant see the product link with in the first part of the viewable page? I tired to roll back to the previous version with no luck. I'm basicly SOL at this point. i did zip the old DIR and backed up the SQL so if i really want to play around i guess i could try again. but that is not the point.

Can ANYONE help with these issues? My host provided me with the lifetime license for this system and my clients are use to it. I would hate to have to change it all over to something else. I like the software. WHAT CAN I DO????

sorry if i posted this in the wrong area before. i just did not see the writing on the wall you might say as i was just so upset.

I Hope someone out there can help. My big advertising campain starts Saturday and i need to get it fixed or replaced soon.
