drtduarte
Dear friends, I'm preparing to launch a franchising for a webhosting brand, I'm now analyzing what would be the best way to manage sales of all "stores", each country could have only one store. I was thinking to have a main whmcs installation, and have also one whmcs installation for each "store". On the main whmcs I will have the packages and prices for resellers, and on their, they will have their prices for their customers, their invoices and everything as usual. My biggest problem is to track their sales, service cancellations and upgrades. Domains will be directly managed by them with their Enom account. Server communication for account creation, upgrades, suspension and termination, I think it would be better to be handled by my install. I imagine this could be done using hooks on sub whmcs installs, but maybe there is an easier way to do it. Your suggestions will be very appreciated.
